At the beginning of the year I was volunteering in a little community in Southern India. Each week the organisation held a sharing circle open to whoever cared to join. An hour dedicated to opening up, listening and sharing whatever may be on your mind. An idea, a moment that marked you, a new discovery, something that may be causing bother, anything at all, with no judgement.

I attended without expectation and although i put myself in a vulnerable position, the space didn’t allow for judgement so i felt completely at ease. I was accepted by all whilst sharing some of my most personal and that feeling was the start of living a more open and honest life.

Cappyhour will be re creating this space and pairing it with free painting! So come along, bring yo mates (gals & boyz), share, listen, create and make a new pal. Lets make speaking up the norm!
